HARI SISWANTO & Co. (“HS & Co.”) is a law firm in Jakarta (Indonesia), founded by Mr.  Ade Hari Siswanto, SH., MH. (Bachelor and Master of Law, graduated from Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia).

HS & Co. provides a general corporate and commercial legal services as well as litigation legal services which significant activities in many areas, including a company establishment, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, media communication, insurance, labor, taxation, land and property, maritime and shipping, mining, intellectual property, contractual matters, etc.

Mostly, HS & Co.’s Clients are public and privately held commercial business and financial institutions, as well as governments and state-owned entities, involved in corporate and financial transactions.

All of HS & Co.’s partner and associates are graduates of the Indonesian Law Faculties and are qualified to practice law in Indonesia, as continuously seeks to develop the legal and specialized skills of the lawyers by participating any legal professional development program or courses, in order to sharpen their legal skill and industries expertise.
